Throttle body relearn?

Well today I ran into another problem. I was cleaning the throttle body and I moved the plate now my car idles goes up and down. Idk what to do do you guys know of any way to relearn the idle?

I don't know what you mean by "moved the plate". All you can do is open or close it and that shouldn't hurt anything. You may have damaged the throttle body somehow and that would mean replacing it.

I opened with my fingers but the is an electronic throttle (etb) it needs calibration

I know what it is. You can push those open without hurting anything.
