There is no specified relearn process when you replace this module. The ECM will learn the throttle position during about 20-30 seconds of idling. So what most people do after replacing this is let the vehicle idle for a couple minutes and then do a couple wide open throttle stabs and that will show it has learned the position.

I attached the information and the process on the replacement process for your review. If you want to check the operation, the inspection process is included as well with proper voltages.
