keeps on revving when I press the clutch?

hi, i cannot see a vacuum leak and my nephew cleaned the throttle body.

Hi, my nephew cleaned the throttle body and it did not do anything. i don't know what to do next. if someone please help only had the car for several weeks and the garage keeps saying to me it's supposed to rev when i press the clutch to change gear.
