Okay first off, does the service engine soon light come on when you turn the key to the second position/on? If it doesn't then you could have a bad PCM power relay. If it does, you'll need to retrieve the codes in the PCM and the passive anti-theft (pats) module. Also make sure that the key is not damaged. The code/s you retrieve from the pats module will let me know where to go with the diagnostic process. I've included a picture of the engine fuse box where the PCM relay and the fuse are located.

Hello and welcome to 2CarPros. If I remember correctly from my independent shop days, that light always flashes. So the question I have is, does it #1 not crank over at all or #2 cranks over but it will not start? Let us know plus whatever you find during the code scan? Once we know if it cranks over or not we can guide you better.
