The tensioner pulley broke off and I replaced the pulley and put in a new belt. All pulleys running perfect aligned and car runs fine for about 5 minutes then the A/C gets warm and the car begins to stall. I looked at the belt it’s running perfect so I don’t know what’s causing the car to lose power.

Hi,

Sounds like your compressor is locking up. Try removing the belt and see if the engine runs better. Clearly you will want to put a charger on the battery so it doesn't drain your battery if it takes a little bit to act up. If it still runs poorly with the belt off then we know it is not related to the belt or pulleys.

If you don't have a battery charger then hook up jumper cables to another vehicle and let that one run while you are testing this. Let me know what happens and we can go from there. Thanks
