2004 Suzuki Verona Wipers

During the recent heavy snow storm my wipers stopped working. When I turn them on there is nothing, however when I use the washer function the wipers will run through their cycle. Where is the problem?

Start by checking fuse F17 and F11 in instrument panel fuse/relay box ... repost if these are good ?
