I'm having trouble with my car while driving over bumps and rough services I noticed a shimmy in the steering wheel more than normal and today I noticed while the car was parked my passenger side wheel was leaving inward from the bottom I'm thinking it might be the tie rods but not sure any advice helps thank you

Have your suspension checked it may be an upper control arm bushings, ball joint upper or lower. This will wear your tires out very quickly and also you can loose control of steering if you drive it. I am advising against driving this until it is looked at by a pro
