I've gone over and over the Service Manual, no bolt, no nut, no release fork or anything is keepin the transmission from comin off!

Yet the metal seems almost bonded together wont budge at all.

As long as all thr bolts and support members have been removed. If it is an automatic tranny you will have to unbolt the flywheel to the torque converter too. Support the tranny with a jack so it will even or level the stress. Take a rubber mallet and beat on the top of the housing until it starts to seperate. Go slow and only us enough force as it takes. If it doesnt budge then you must have missed a bolt or there is still stress on the housing. Which means you need to jack up the tranny some more. Good luck and be careful the tranny doesnt slip off the jack. They are heavier than they look.
