Hard to answer when you arent specific about what you want. Any fuse? There is a fuse block behind the left side of the dash, one in a power center under the hood, where you will also find a relay block. Some need the key on to get power and some have power all of the time

Vibration. Have the front suspension checked, could be worn ball joints or tie rod ends that make it vibrate at speed.
