I can hear a noise from the front right wheel. Its only there when I accelerate. Its loud clunking noise. But becomes louder when turning right. What do you think could be the problem?

SOUNDS LIKE A CV JOINT IS BAD. GET IT LOOKED AT NOW, OR IT WILL COME APART ON THE ROAD SOMEWHERE.
