Stuck in low range

As above, diesel.

4 low light flashing.
ABS light on.
Center differential lock light not showing.
Hi lo selector appears not working.
checked fuses could not find met.
followed recom. Procedure to disengage.

We need to start with checking for codes. I suspect that this is being disabled due to a larger issue which should have some codes to go along with it.

We don't have a manual on this vehicle but we should be able to figure out possible causes once we know what codes are there as they will point us to a specific system. Then based on your other symptoms we should be able to narrow it down.
