Starting problem

The truck will not crank, it makes a clicking noise in the fuse box. But that is about it. It has a new starter and a new battery.

First step is verify you have battery voltage at the starter battery cable. If voltage is good then verify battery voltage at the solenoid wire at the starter. If no voltage then check the starter relay. Even though it clicks it can be defective. If the relay is good then ohm out the wire from the relay to the solenoid wire at starter for an open or short to ground. Check fuses also and let us know what you find.
