Every time I start the car the starter fuse pops 30a?

I've replaced the starter 4 times and battery twice. I can start it by using a screwdriver on the starter. I also had the ignition switch changed and key reprogrammed. What now?

We will handle the fuse issue in this post. It sounds like you have a shorted starter relay I would swap it out, here is the location of the relay and the starter wiring diagrams so help you see how the system works. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
