Car went through deep water. Engine is not locked. Spark plugs oil and filter has been changed. Air filter was wet.

SERVICE AND REPAIR
Starter Replacement (LUK)

Removal Procedure
Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection See: BatteryBattery Cable, NegativeService and RepairBattery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle See: MaintenanceVehicle LiftingService and Repair.
Disconnect the engine harness connector (1) from the starter.
Remove the starter solenoid fastener (3) and the battery positive terminal (2) from the starter.
Remove the starter fasteners (2).
Remove the starter (1).
Installation Procedure
Position the starter (1) to the engine.
Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution See: Service PrecautionsFastener Caution.
Install the starter mounting fasteners (2) and tighten to 58 Nm (43 lb ft) .
Install the positive battery cable terminal (2) to the starter. Ensure that the anti-rotational tab is correctly located into the indexing slot.
Install the starter solenoid terminal fastener (3) and tighten to 11 Nm (8 lb ft) .
Connect the engine harness connector (1) to the starter.
Lower the vehicle.
Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection See: BatteryBattery Cable, NegativeService and RepairBattery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
