If can’t afford dealer parts for the truck listed above where online can I purchase OE parts? I’d like to use Denso spark plugs for my truck. Thank you

Most local auto parts stores like AutoZone, Pep Boys, O' Reilly's, or RockAuto can sell you spark plugs online to help save you money as opposed to buying them from the dealership costing you a lot more. Here is a tutorial showing how to change spark plugs:

I've attached a few pictures below showing how to inspect-change the spark plugs on your truck including the Denso and NGK part numbers and proper gap. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
