Spark plug wires cut off, how to repair this?

I just bought the vehicle listed above and the wire going to a spark plug has been cut off. What can I do to fix this problem?

Hello, do you mean the four wires going to the Ignition coil on a particular cylinder have been cut? Can you take a picture and post it here.

Do you still have the Ignition coil and wiring harness plug end that belongs to that cylinder? This looks like the Cylinder number 4 coil wiring, is this the passenger side of the engine, the second cylinder from the front? Do these colors match up with the cut wires? The highlighted coil 4.
