My car produce a smoke that is peppering in the eye while driving.

If it is coming from the HVAC dash vents it might be that your heater core has sprung a leak. Even a small drip can produce this smoke/mist/fog.

It may even have a peculiar smell, sometimes a sweet smell or taste in your mouth.

Observe this or place a white napkin/etc, beneath your A/C drain on the driveway (where it drips). If the leak is substantial, you may see the color of your coolant on the napkin to sort of verify this being the issue.

The smoke is coming from the tail pipe of the exhaust. It normally smells when I lower the window glass while driving all my eyes will pain me because of the smoke coming out from the exhaust.

I misunderstood your beginning post.

This is probably not a DIY kind of thing!

You need to have a muffler shop check out your exhaust system ASAP!

Not only may you have irritated eyes, but you may be breathing carbon monoxide gas.

This can mess up your body/brain/thinking and response ability, and can also be fatal!
