**(I am a smart tech)**
Do the highbeams work?
Have you tried replacing the headlight bulbs (you can switch on of your highbeam bulbs if the highbeams work)?
They are kinda common to blow, esp if you don't have that rubber boot on the back of the headlights.
Also be sure you have the headlight switch in the full on position?
To remove the headlight bulbs: 1: pull/unplug the connector to the bulb (the black connector plugged into the back of the bulb), then push the silver metal clip down and over the remove the bulb (it is hinged on one end. DO NOT TAKE THE SILVER CLIP/SWING CLIP COMPLETELY OUT. It is hard to get back in for some ppl).
Then switch the headlight bulb with either one of the highbeam bulbs of with a known good bulb.
Let me know if that doesn't work or if you need any more help.
