Transmission is shifting hard and slipping

Shifts hard auto mechanic inform me that it is slipping. Replaced in 2010 for the same issue. Can't afford to keep putting transmissions on this vehicle. What do you suggest?

Hi and welcome.

Have you been doing a filter and fluid change every 35,000 mile as is recommended? A plugged filter will give you these issues and burn up the transmission.
