I need to put serpentine belt on my car, but I have to bypass A/C because pump is seized so need shorter belt. My question is, can it be done and can it be done with out replacement pulley? They do not make replacement pulleys for my car listed above (DOHC).

Yes, it does look like it is possible on this model. Just purchase a belt for a model without AC. The dotted line is the bypass routing.

Thank you very much that is what I thought when I looked at routing on my fan shroud. Anyway took it in today and put smaller belt on, the one that is for 1992 Saturn no AC and it fits like a glove. Lol. So the routing is right that is on the fan shroud. Thanks
