Serpentine belt routing?

Motor mount is in my way how to route belt around it?

The right engine mount must be removed to replace the Accessory Drive Belt. You can use a floor jack with a block of wood to hold the engine up while you are removing the engine mount. Here are the instructions for removing the mount and the belt routing instructions as well. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
