Secondary air injection pump?

I don’t know where those hoses are connected to for the secondary air injection pump, but also the car has many problems when I turn on the fan and I start driving, it makes a big room noise or even when I’m going on a high speed it makes a big room nice as well so I don’t know what can it be.

They go to the air pump which is in front down low by the frame.
