Engine Cooling problem
2001 SEAT Leon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 60000 miles

Hello, I have a Seat Leon 1.6l 16V(105 HP)
The problem that I have is the red light in the right-down part where the temperature indicator is.
After a cold night( under 0 degrees), in the morning when I start the engine this light begin to flash an I hear a beep (sound) for 3 times.
I have checked the level of cooling liquid and is OK,
and the concentration of cooling liquid is also ok.
Please can you help me with this, because I would like to repair it myself, because I don't have mony for the moment to go to the service.
Thank you!
