Seat belts

He car was in a side ways crash it hit a guard rail and the guard rail scrapped it all the way down the side and the airbag deployed. The two front seat belts locked and won't extend for use. How do I get them to release or do I have to replace them. Or when I replace the modular will it release the seat belt.S

You will hve to have someone use a scanner to cancel the cinch feature in order to rewind them. If it can't be cancelled then new beltts are the only option. But eh car will need to be fixed as well as new air bags and possibly sensors.
