Scraping sound coming from the wheel

Hello, I have this ongoing scraping sound. I changed my wheel bearing thinking it was it. I was wrong sound came back. Going to check the brake pads and rotor again. But anyone else have any ideas? The link is the sound of the issue. Thank you!

Hello,

It sounds to me like your brake shield might be bent is in contact with rotor or possibly a rock might have got wedged in the caliper and is scraping the rotor. Also it does sound like your rotor might be out of round because it is not constant, but rather it seems to be more rhythmic suggesting that it is only scraping when the rotor hits the high point.
