2004 Saturn Vue high pitch sound

Friday on my way home on the highway a high pitch sound was coming from the non-drive wheel on the passenger side in the back. Its frequency whent with the speed. Please help me!

Sounds like a bad rear wheel bearing if u raise up the back of the vechile put it on Jack stands and spin each wheel with ur hands u can usually hear the bad bearing and which one It is. Let me know how it goes.
