The car has been checked out on the dealer digst.
I am told the following trouble codes come up.
PO128--PO300--PO340--PO1351--P1599.
The car seems to run fine but these lights drive me nuts. The dealer was not very sure but suggested a
new ignition modual and a new engine coolant thermostat. Is this a fair estimate or not.

Thanks Bill

First of all thank you so much for the donation. For the code P0128 I would change the coolant temp sensor and inspect the connector and if it was corroded then I would replace that connector too.I would also replace the thermostat for the code P0128. For the code P0300 and the PO340 I would inspect the plug's and wire's what happens is there a black carbon build up on the plug's and wire's.I wouldn't replace the ignition module they hardly ever fail and there real expensive.I would say try replacing the plug's and wire's and not replace the ignition module way cheaper and a lot better chance of fixing those code's. Make sure you get stock plug's no platnuims they just carbon foul in that model. Bosch super's and ngk's run good in those car's the ngk's come factory. This is just a starting point though not a for sure fix. So your security light come's on also? You didn't have any body control code's or security code's?
