2000 Saturn SL2 Blowing ignition fuse

2000 Saturn SL2 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 1.9 miles

I have a 2000 Saturn SL2 and just removed the motor in order to replace the transmission. After putting everything back together we tried to start it and as soon as you turn the key the 30 amp ignition fuse under the hood blows. It appears everything is hooked up properly but still having problem. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should be looking for?

Which ignition fuse is blowing there is more then one. Let me know.

It is the one labeled as just ignition. It is the one right next to the fan motor fuse.I remember seeing the other ignition fuse to the far left of the box but that one is fine.
