1999 Saturn SL2 OBD reading

My car got wet, now, cannot get obd reading, mechanic says the computer must be replaced, where is the computer, car runs fine, air bag light is staying on though

The PCM (Powertrain Control Module) is the computer -Behind left side of dash.
