REPLACED FUEL FILTER - FUEL PRESSURE AT 52PSI RUNNING REPLACED SPARK PLUGS & WIRES VALVE COVER GASKETS - CAR CAME BACK WITH P0171 - P0341 - P1599 - P1620 & P0507 - FOUND DEFECTIVE PRESSURE REGULATOR IN PUROLATOR FILTER - REPLACED WITH WIX FILTER & CLEARED CODES - PUT THROUGH DRIVE CYCLE & P0171 CAME BACK CAN NOT FIND ANY VACUUM LEAKS ANY IDEAS?

With the P0507 code and P0171 code i would say your looking for a vacuum leak especially since you already have the fuel pressure squared away.
