1997 Saturn SL2 check engine light

I had car put on diganostic and egr or erg valve was bad so it was replaced and I want to reset the check engine light I replaced the part but light wont go off would like to know how to get the light off

Hello,

Go by your local parts store and see if they will turn it off for you. They will have to use there OBD2 Scanner to reset light.

Otherwise it will turn itself off after 500 - 1000 miles or 50 - 100 key starts.
