1996 Saturn SL2 heater fan controls

Heater problem
1996 Saturn SL2 4 cyl Automatic

my heater wont switch to defrost it only blows cold air out the front vents. I have replaced radiator, heater core recently, then this problem started and thought I needed a new thermostat so I have replaced it as well, but stilll only blows cold and wont switch to defrost or floor vents what could it be?

So when you try to move the temp adjustment doesn't it move to hot freely?Also does the mode adjustment move freely the one that set's where the air come's out face feet defrost etc?Also have you watched to make sure the cable's and and the door's are moving when you move the control's?If you go on the drivers side and look behind the control's you can see all that stuff moving. Let me know.

Figured it out thanks for responding, it was blend doors not attached right after recent heater core replacement.
