Let's just combine this question with your dieing at idle question to keep it simpler. There is no cam sensor on your car. So when you did your tune up did you just replace your spark plug's what kind of plug's did you use it matters. Also did you notice any black residue on the outside of the spark plug's when you replaced them.I also want you to remove the wires one at a time so you don't miss route the wire order. Inspect the coil tower's for corrosion. Let me know what you find.

I did replace sp- plugs (all with same/correct gapping)and no black. One had small amount of oil on it. And yes order is correct + done one at a time (been doing this for years!) And I knew that there is no cam sensor! That is the number I was givin at the place where I had tested! And the other was P0711.

Did you check the coil towers like a asked you for corrosion?Usually what set's that cam code is plug's and wire's and corroded coil tower's. Also you never said what kind of plug's they are if there split fire or platinum's then take them out and get some ngk a/c delco or even bosch super standard plug's. Those other plug's don't run right or that long in that saturn. You have a P0711 code and didn't tell me your holding out on me. That's the transmission temp sensor code but the transmission temp sensor hardly ever set that code. What usually set's that code is a bad coolant temp sensor make sure you get a brass tipped one the plastic tipped one's crack. Also inspect the connector to it if it's corroded then replace the connector as well.
