Going down the road the car seam to miss fire or sputter. I originally thought it was the spark plugs so I replaced the spark plugs and the wires. It did not change so I used some lucas oil fuel cleaner it seamed to help for a few days then it came back. My only guess what it can be is the fuel pump. Please help..

Engine misfiring can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.
