1999 Saturn SC2 motor stall / shutters

motor started running rough when take off from stop. when stopped idle is approx 1100, & smooth. as pressing throttle car shutters,& may die. I have chanced the, Throttle positioner, plugs, plug wires, IACM. Cleaned the Throttle Body, & intake. 6 Months on 2- O2 sensors. There is no CHECK ENGINE LIGHT.
The new plugs are carboned.

u should check the fuel pressure should be about 40-50psi u could have a bad fuel pressure regulator which is in ur fuel filter also check ur coolant temp sensor thats very common to go bad and a new one is under 20.let me know what u find.
