1999 Saturn SC2 leaks in car when rains

The defogger is a fuse problem however it could be disconnected at the window, or one of the lines has been scratched causing a break in the flow of voltage. As far as the leak, these things are hard to find, I would first check in the door jamb, check for clogged leaves and debris and clear it out, also the cowel you will have to look inside to see if leaves have cause a blockage of the drain.
