ENGINE LIGHT ON PEP BOYS SAYS TRANSMISSION FLUID TEMP IS HIGH BUT IT COMES ON IMMEDIATELY WHEN STARTED. CAN THIS BE CHANGED EASILY AND WHERE IS IT ON 1998 MODEL?

Your tranny fluid temperature sensor is located in the front left of the engine compartment. It will have a two pronged plug on the back of it. The plug simply snaps in. Gently unplug it, then unscrew it from the engine.
