When I start the car if you don't have the throttle going it will not start at all. Most of the time this doesn't help anyway. It turns over no problem just doesn't fire and if it does it idles real low unless you are giving feathering gas. Runs rough idling even dieing out sometimes. The RPM's will go sky high and then bottom out and car will die. Have changed plugs and fuel filter and air filter. Have read alot of forums and there are a few things that people say this could be. Crank sensor or ignition module. Anything will help.

Sounds like ur coolant temp sensor is bad reading too cold causing the car to flood the sensor is below ur upper hose on ur head screwed in with two wires going to it a black wire and a yellow wire. When the engine is cold squeese the connector and take it off make sure the connector is not corroded they turn green usually. The sensors crack when there bad and leak coolant into the connector. The sensor is under 20 if u do replace it make sure u get one with a brass tip not a plastic one. Thats ur most likely cause of ur problem if u had a scan tool that could read engine temp then I could guide u thru testing it but iam sure u dont. Let me know how it goes.
