1997 Saturn SC2 Computer failure

PCM is dumping monitor codes so fails smog. Car does not idle when cold and stalls when warm. EGR valve is OK. Collant fan does not work. Milage has dropped significantly. Their are 0 codes when check computer. Is it possible that the PCM needs replacing?

Ur cooling fan doesnt work does it come on with the a/c on if ur a/c works. Sounds like u have a bad coolant temp sensor if u change it make sure u replace it with a brass tipped one the plastic tipped ones crack. Also inspect the connector they corrod if its corroded u will have to clean it replace the connector. Also u will loose coolant changing so make sure the engine is cold. Let me know what u find.
