2001 Saturn SC1 warning light

The light near my rpm is coming on. It is an arrow pointing down with a wavy line above and below it. What does it mean?

Any way u can take a pic of the light and post it or email it to me. Iam drawing a blank on the light or if u have the owners manual u can look it up in there. Let me know so I can tell u if its just a low fluid or something more serous.
