I had a new battery installed and now my Radio is dead. Could it be a fuse?

Hi clotelle, Welcome to 2carpros and TY for the donation

Check and test both of this fuses radio fuse 7.5 amp and chme 5amp in the instrument panel junction block if both okay. You probably have to enter the unlock code-if not available take it to the dealer they'll unlock it for you they have the code/s, might cost you a small fee
