I have a saturn sl2 1.9L twin cam with about 120,000 miles.

The car has run fine until about 5 days ago I just filled the tank and about 4 miles into driving my car started to hesitate accelerating from stops and it would hesitate every now and then while cruising. I ran the tank dry and put fuel cleaner in it, I have just changed the fuel filter put new gas in it (premium) and I changed the spark plugs and for some reason it still is doing it what might it be?

Might be a weak fuel pump or a intermittent misfire caused by a bad coil. Check engine light on or has it been on then went off? If so, you need to have the PCM scanned for codes. What kind of plugs did you put in it?

No I had no check engine light at all it was just hesitating and I replaced the fuel pump and I put bosch spark plugs the platinum ones in and it seemed fine for a while like 10 miles then it started to hesitate some more but it was not as bad as before.

Worst spark plugs on the market. Remove the Bosch platinums and install A/C Delco or Autolites, there is a reason those platinums are only 1.99 each, they are terrrible and create many driveability problems
