I have a used 1995 SC2. It has 105K on it and runs just great. However, recently the right turn signal started to blink very fast as if one the bulbs was out. Both bulbs seem to be working EXCEPT when I turn on the headlights, then they refuse to light. Also, I noticed that the cooling fan seems to run all of the time, not just when the engine needs to cool down. Thank you, Bob Wiley :roll:

I believe Saturns have a seperate turn/running light. Check bulbs carefully. Does the fan run with a/c off? Look under hood to see if someone has hard wired the fan to the ignition, should have its own temp switch in the cylinder head. If no funny business, replace the fan switch and the relay for the cooling fan
