Saturn SC2 2001

I have a Saturn SC2 that wont turn over. The battery checks fine and when you turn onthe lights they are bright and do not dim when the key is turned. there is a relay click when you turn the key. I have not found a wireing diagram to check the voltage to the starter yet. What else could cause it not to turn over?

Okay, but seriously...... The battery is fine, that leaves the connections at a possiblility or the starter. So carefully check the conections for looseness or corrosion (unlikely), or get a starter that is dependable. Glad to give my input to what I have had luck with or any info you need.
