I got a 96 saturn sl1 with 200000 miles and when I give it gas it starts to kick a littile when I drive. And it's roof when I sit still.I've did a complete tune up.I had a test and they said the e r g valve code.

EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) valve either needs cleaning, is not functioning, or has lost it's power (vacuum or electric) source. I would bet it is stuck open.

Start with a visual inspection. Is everything is hooked up. Next try removal and cleaning. Last is to replace it.
