2002 Other Saturn Models High Idle

After opening and cleaning my throttle body along with my EGR Valve my car continues to idle at right about 2000 rpm. No vacuum leaks detected.

Check your IAC module, it may be causing it to idle high. is it a steady high idle or is it varing in idle? did you try to turn down the idle manually?
