2000 saturn sl1 110000 miles 4cyl

when I stop at a stop light the engine stalls, but i am able to start right up again, if i put into neutral i can go from light without stalling. what is the trouble.

have your Idle air control valve cleaned or changed
when was your last tune up
may be it time for one too
