1999 Other Saturn Models High-Pitched Noise

My SL2 is making a high-pitched squealing noise when I reach about 65 mph on the highway. The noise only lasts for about one minute and then abruptly stops, and seems to get louder when I tap the breaks. The noise, from what I can determine while driving at 65 mph, seems to be coming from the front passenger side. The check engine light does not come on, and my RPM's do not change.

Pull the right front wheel and get a look at the brakes for the warning sensor rubbing or any kind of clean look of 2 parts rubbing
