o2 sensor 1 bank 1: on exhaust manifold before catalytic converter, side of engine as the #1 cylinder

o2 sensor 2 bank 1: same side as above only after catalytic convertor

o2 sensor 1 bank 2: oppositite side of o2 sensor 1 bank 1

o2 sensor 1 bank 2: opposite side of o2 sensor 2 bank 1.
