02 sensor

I have a 2003 Ion 2.2 with 48,000 miles.I had the check engine light on and took it to Auto Zone where they sid it was the 02 sensor. Little short on funds need to replace it myself, but I can not locate it. Could somebody please tell me where to look for it at.I know it's before the catalac converter but I have no clue where to look.T/y for your time

I should be on either manifold or the pipe just before the cat. I'm sure you already checked, but I know that things can be "hidden" by the manufacturer.
